Terms & Conditions

  • Please arrive on time, if you are late the clinic reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure we are not late for the next appointment. 

  • Full payment is required on the day.

  • LJ Aesthetics reserves the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment.

  • Prices subject to change without notice.

  • Prices are indicative only, additional costs may be applicable.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, additional treatments, offers, complementary treatments etc. not redeemable for cash.

  • Abusive, aggressive or any behaviour deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy at LJ Aesthetics requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided where there is a fault with a product and it is not fit for purpose. Packages and pre-paid treatments are non-transferable to other individuals once you have attended your appointment and are non-refundable.

  • Treatment results vary based on each individual. We are not responsible for how your body reacts to a product if we follow the recommended therapeutic dose and the product is functional.
